Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Partner Enablement Architect to design, deliver, and evolve world‑class enablement programs for our partner ecosystem. This practitioner role combines courseware development with live instruction, in sessions from one‑hour briefs to multi‑day bootcamps, in person or virtually.

You will work with GTM Enablement and partners to ensure content stays current with product releases, and travel to partner sites as needed to train and mentor alliance teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement, learning & development, or partner/channel enablement in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience delivering instructor-led training to external audiences, including multi-day workshops and bootcamps.
• Strong instructional design: building curricula that improve real-world performance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enablement curricula for partner types (resellers, GSIs, technology alliances).
• Develop and maintain instructor-led courses in formats from 1-hour sessions to multi-day bootcamps, in person or virtual.
• Own courseware lifecycle: update materials with product releases and GTM shifts, ensure accuracy.
• Deliver engaging ILT sessions to partner audiences across formats and locations.
• Track program effectiveness and use data to iterate on design.
• Travel to partner sites to support in-person delivery as needed.
