This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work day and evening shifts in a fast-paced environment dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data handling.
• Experience in a regulated production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
• Collaborate on hiring, promotions, and terminations aligned with business needs.
• Foster positive donor center culture and uphold core values.
• Assist in employee relations investigations.
• Serve as a trained trainer for on-the-job and certification training, ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment.
