Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a capable leader to oversee daily donor center operations, ensuring strict adherence to FDA SOPs and safety standards.

This role drives process improvements, champions regulatory compliance, and leads staff training, scheduling, and performance management to sustain high quality and donor satisfaction.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams, monitor KPIs, and foster a positive, compliant work culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of operations or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA implementation.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and best practices.
• Promote safety and environmental policies; conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and readiness of donor center equipment and facilities.
• Manage shipments, inventory, and product quality control per SOPs.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and resource planning.
• Provide input on employee performance, hiring, and promotions.
