Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Manager I to lead donor center teams and ensure compliant, efficient operations. You will supervise performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions while promoting a positive culture and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, payroll, and maintenance, and collaborating with marketing and corporate departments on process improvements in a fast-paced plasma collection environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• Experience in operations and/or process management/supervisory roles preferred (up to 1 year).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations, development plans, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate on hiring decisions including promotions, demotions, and terminations to align with business needs.
• Nurture a positive culture within the donor center and model core values.
• Assist in employee relations investigations.
• Serve as a Designated Trainer for on-the-job and certification training, ensuring regulatory alignment and assessing learner progress.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to best practices.
• Conduct area walkthroughs and maintain a visible presence in production zones.
• Support production productivity by providing necessary assistance as required.
• Collaborate with marketing/advertising and corporate departments on improvements.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll records for efficient labor allocation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
