Octapharma Plasma is seeking a Center Operations Manager I to lead daily donor center operations and cultivate a professional, compliant team culture. You will train staff, supervise performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on safety and regulatory alignment. The position emphasizes developing talent, improving processes, and maintaining smooth payroll and scheduling while ensuring exceptional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• Up to 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Up to 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions required.
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work daytime and evening hours, weekends, holidays, extended shifts and periodically after hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
• Collaborate on hiring, promotions, demotions, and terminations to align with business needs.
• Maintain a positive culture within the donor center and model core values.
• Assist in employee relations investigations.
• Serve as Designated Trainer with on-the-job and certification training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and best practices.
• Conduct area walkthroughs and support production productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing and corporate departments on enhancements.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll records to optimize staffing.
