European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will manage operations, drive sales and retail performance, coach staff, and uphold brand standards across a busy center in Olive Branch, MS.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong coaching abilities, and accountability for performance, culture, and results. A welcoming, guest-first mindset is essential.

• Leads and mentors a high-performing Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Drives guest experience, brand standards, and financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead guest experience from start to finish to ensure welcoming, memorable service.
• Coach and mentor team on packages, services, and retail knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales, service, and retail goals using KPI data.
• Plan staff schedules and floor coverage to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain brand standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
