European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of one center, delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial and operational goals. You will coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards and a positive culture on the floor.

The role requires active floor presence, guest engagement, and accountability for performance, talent development, and results across guest experience, sales, and merchandise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest service teams in spa/retail environments.
• Proven track record meeting sales, service and retail goals.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing guest service and wax team.
• Drive guest experience, brand standards, and operational excellence.
• Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and KPIs to hit targets.
