You will coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards, operational excellence, and a positive, results-driven culture.

A successful Center Manager leads from the front, stays engaged with guests and associates, and is accountable for performance, culture, and results.

Responsibilities

• Leads center performance and meets or exceeds sales, service and retail goals.
• Manages shifts and floor coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
• Communicates daily, weekly, and monthly goals to the team.
• Uses KPIs to drive decision-making (Net Sales, Service Dollars per Guest, Retail Conversion).
• Celebrates wins and provides constructive feedback; administers Performance Improvement Plans when needed.
