European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead all aspects of the center, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and achieve financial and operational goals.

You will coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensure brand standards, and drive sales, service, and retail results.

This role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong communication, and the ability to optimize schedules, inventory, and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail service center and achieving sales targets.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, inventory, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the center to deliver guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals; monitor KPIs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent; maintain pipeline.
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and safety.
• Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and operations; use Strut to align with best practices.
