The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, coaching staff, and accountability for performance, culture, and results, including managing schedules, quality, and brand presentation to drive guest loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Leads and coaches a high-performing team across guest services and waxing services.
• Strong ability to recruit, hire, and retain top talent with proactive coaching.
• Maintains brand standards, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience to deliver a welcoming, elevated visit.
• Own center performance and meet/exceed sales, service, and retail goals.
• Manage schedules, labor, and floor coverage to maximize opportunities.
• Coach and mentor staff on product knowledge, service packages, and upsell strategies.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
