European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily center operations while driving sales and delivering exceptional guest service. You will lead by example, train associates, and maintain a positive, high‑performing workplace culture at our Olive Branch location.

You will recruit and develop Sales Associates and Estheticians, oversee loss prevention, and organize outreach events while promoting the Wax Pass program and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Effective communication in guest relations, conflict resolution and coaching.
• Enthusiasm for the beauty brand and industry.

• Train and coach Associates to meet performance goals.

• Recruit, train and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
• Sell Wax Passes and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee loss prevention, expenses, and center cleanliness.
• Foster a culture that welcomes new ideas and problem solving.
• Implement systems and processes for a high performing franchise.
• Organize outreach and marketing events.
• Demonstrate effective training and motivational coaching.
