European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, driving exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role for a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Management or leadership experience in a professional setting required.
• Desire to drive guest experience and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with District Manager and Regional Trainer on coaching and performance.
• Analyze center performance and execute action plans to meet sales goals and standards.
• Ensure center compliance with safety and brand standards.
