European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager to lead overall center performance, guest experience, and team development. You will coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards, operational excellence, and a positive culture.

The role requires managing floors, schedules, and KPIs to deliver exceptional guest service while achieving financial goals for the center.

Qualifications

• Leads guest experience optimization and builds guest loyalty.
• Drives sales, service, and retail goals using KPI data.
• Recruits, interviews, and mentors center staff to improve performance.
• Manages visual merchandising and brand standards across the center.
• Ensures compliance with policies, schedules, inventory, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists on the shop floor.
• Coach and mentor staff for performance and growth.
• Oversee daily operations, floor coverage, and guest interactions to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and implement actions to improve net sales and conversion.
• Maintain brand presentation, cleanliness, and product availability.
