European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager in the United States to lead all aspects of the center, delivering an exceptional guest experience while achieving financial and operational goals.

The role coaches a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards, driving sales, managing scheduling and inventory, and fostering a positive, results-driven culture across the center.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a service/retail environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor large teams to meet guest-experience standards.
• Track record of achieving sales, service, and retail goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead center to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Drive KPIs: Net Sales, Service Dollars per Guest, Retail conversion, etc.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and floor coverage to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Oversee inventory, loss prevention, and product levels.
