European Wax Center, Inc. seeks a Center Manager to lead operations, guest experience, and team performance at our Slidell center.

You will coach Wax Specialists and Guest Service Associates, ensuring brand standards and financial results while fostering a customer-centric culture on the floor. You will drive KPI performance, staff development, and store presentation, while managing schedules, inventory, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage center performance and drive sales, guest experience and retail goals.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Ensure brand standards, operational excellence, and a positive culture on the floor.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent with a 30-day fill target.
• Create a culture of learning with training programs and ongoing coaching.
• Maintain visual merchandising per brand standards and planograms.
• Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and loss prevention; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example across shifts including nights and weekends.
