European Wax Center in Baton Rouge seeks a Center Manager to lead guest experience, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists. You will model brand standards, optimize operations, and nurture a results-driven culture.

You will own center performance, manage shifts, train staff, maintain visual standards, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service and retail growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest service teams in retail or service environments.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on performance improvement.
• Ability to manage KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Guest Service team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Drive center sales, service, and retail goals using KPIs.
