European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager in Baton Rouge to lead guest experience, coaching a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists. You will drive sales, manage operations, and uphold brand standards while delivering an elevated guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensure KPI attainment, and foster a results-driven culture with a focus on service quality and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience leading guest service teams in a service-oriented or retail environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Drive center sales, service, and retail performance while meeting financial goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent; maintain a strong talent pipeline and 30-day fill rate.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and daily operations to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
