Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Center Manager in New Orleans to lead a high-performing Guest Service team and Wax Specialists. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, monitor center performance, and ensure brand standards while managing schedules, training, and daily operations.

You will coach staff to deliver memorable experiences, maximize sales, and maintain a positive culture rooted in accountability and guest care.

Qualifications

• Leads guest experience with elevated service and trust-building.
• Drives sales, service, and retail goals using KPIs.
• Recruits, develops, and retains strong talent.
• Coaches associates to build product knowledge and performance.
• Manages visual standards and brand presentation on the floor.
• Maintains compliant operations, schedules, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Own center performance, monitor daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve performance and career growth.
• Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and product availability.
• Communicate effectively with team and Corporate partners.
• Drive guest retention and referrals through superior service.
