European Wax Center is seeking a Center Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving daily results and center KPIs.

You will partner with management to analyze performance, manage operations, and uphold branding standards. A strong customer-service mindset and leadership presence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role within a retail, multi-service, or specialty store environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Word with strong written and verbal communication.
• Availability full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Experience with Zenoti is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead floor activities and coach associates to drive package sales and product education.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Analyze KPIs with the District Manager to improve results and set action plans.
• Maintain center operations, inventory, and branding to ensure a superior guest experience.
