Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers and academic medical centers.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support new testing programs, and advance utilization through strategic account management. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will coordinate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to implement account plans, navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within the hematology-oncology market.
• Experience supporting blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and objectives to drive adoption of CareDx Cell Therapy & Transplant solutions.
• Build clinical understanding and confidence in AlloHeme and related portfolio through discussions with physicians and leaders.
• Lead account onboarding and implementation of testing solutions and streamline workflows.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize territory performance and growth.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to support customer success.
