Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption and growth of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio, focusing on blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, and hematology-oncology practices.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, support implementation, and drive utilization through strategic account management, collaborating with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Ops. Travel 50-75%+ required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology markets.
• Experience with blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
• Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
• Navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making with physicians, laboratory leadership, admins, procurement, and ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, workflows, and objectives; identify opportunities to expand adoption and drive growth.
• Build clinical understanding of AlloHeme and related portfolio through scientific discussions with physicians and stakeholders; partner with Medical Affairs as needed.
• Lead account onboarding and activation to support implementation of testing solutions, including ordering, reporting, and sample logistics.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, market penetration, and territory growth.
• Support LSAs and customer agreements; collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers to adoption.
• Establish trusted partnerships with clinical, laboratory, and administrative stakeholders; ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and territory plan; forecast opportunities and track milestones.
• Collaborate with Clinical Liaison, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Sales Ops to drive customer success.
