Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Cell Therapy Account Manager to drive adoption of the Cell Therapy & Transplant portfolio in blood and marrow transplant centers, cell therapy programs, and academic medical centers.

You will educate providers on AlloHeme, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead onboarding, reporting, and workflow optimization to accelerate utilization. The role requires consultative selling, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision making, with

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to sell clinically within hematology-oncology.
Experience supporting blood and marrow transplant, cell therapy, or CAR-T programs preferred.
Proven success selling into large academic medical centers, cancer centers, hospitals, and complex healthcare systems.
Demonstrated experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and growth.
Educate physicians and clinicians on AlloHeme and CareDx portfolio through clinical discussions.
Lead account onboarding, implementation, and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer and internal objectives.
Support contracting processes and LSAs to remove adoption barriers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Forecast opportunities, track milestones, and report territory performance.
Coordinate with Clinical Liaisons, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to enable customer success.
