Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a dynamic sales professional for an in-office role at our Riverview, FL headquarters. You will manage a stack of loads, call carriers, and negotiate rates to keep shipments moving across North America.

This fast-paced position rewards persistence and performance. You’ll train on the BlueShip platform and compete for President's Club recognition as you grow into higher leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer facing role.
• Comfort with rejection. This is a numbers game and you have to be okay with that.
• A history of meeting or exceeding goals, whatever field they came from.
• A degree in business or supply chain is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Calling carriers to source capacity for customer freight across North America.
• Negotiating rates on the spot, sometimes with minutes to spare.
• Monitoring active shipments and stepping in fast when something goes wrong.
• Building relationships with carriers so you are the person they call back first.
• Hitting daily activity targets. Volume is how you get better and how you earn more.
