Responsibilities

• Source capacity from North America carriers to move customer shipments.
• Negotiate real-time rates and close deals quickly.
• Problem-solve when a truck falls off a load or something goes wrong in transit.
• Build strong carrier relationships for repeat business.
• Hit daily activity goals and maintain energy on the floor.
• Own your results and drive earnings through effort.
