You will start with structured training and ramp-up support, learning our Freight business, BlueShip tech, and key processes. Expected earnings grow with performance, and there is no cap on potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to build trust with strangers quickly on calls.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence to lead to results.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Responsibilities

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America.
• Negotiate real-time rates and close deals with tight timelines.
• Problem-solve when a load falls through or transport issues arise.
• Build a book of business by developing strong carrier relationships.
• Hit daily activity goals and maintain high energy on the floor.
• Own your results as your performance directly affects earnings.
