Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source capacity by calling freight carriers across North America to secure transportation for customer shipments.
• Negotiate rates in real time and close deals.
• Problem-solve when a truck falls off a load or something goes wrong in transit.
• Build strong carrier relationships to become the go-to partner.
• Hit daily activity goals, stay energized, and continuously improve.
