You will maintain thorough documentation, ensure HIPAA privacy, and engage with workers and employers to drive successful outcomes aligned with ACE culture and mission.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years related experience or training.
• Experience in employment, vocational rehab, or transitional employment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career coaching, including intake, assessment, guidance, and placement support.
• Maintain regular contact with employees and employers to promote opportunities.
• Develop Individualized Service Plans for career and education goals.
• Teach work readiness skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Coordinate with community partners and maintain resource guides.
• Ensure client documentation and HIPAA/privacy compliance.
