Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Career Coach to support employees and clients with intake, assessments, and career planning in Little Rock, Arkansas. You will help with education search, placement, and job readiness while aligning with ACE values.

You will collaborate with store managers and community partners, create individualized service plans, track progress, and ensure timely documentation under state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 years related experience and/or training.
• HIPAA privacy knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or directly provide career coaching; intake, assessment, guidance, and placement support.
• Create Individualized Service Plans to address goals.
• Meet regularly with employees and clients; maintain contact with employers.
• Develop and maintain community resource guides; collaborate with partners.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with guidelines.
• Teach work readiness skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Assist onboarding and interview prep for donated goods applicants.
