Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience may be substituted at leadership’s discretion.
• Minimum 2 years in career coaching, workforce development, or case management, nonprofit setting preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one career coaching and group navigation services.
• Assess goals, create individualized service plans, and monitor progress.
• Provide information on career pathways, credentials, and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops on job readiness, resume writing, and interview skills.
• Refer participants to training, counseling, or financial aid as needed.
• Maintain case notes per guidelines and ensure confidentiality.
