Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong computer literacy and Office suite experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career assessments and evaluations.
• Provide 1:1 career counseling and coaching.
• Assist with resumes, cover letters, and social media profiles.
• Prepare clients for interviews.
• Develop individual employment plans with SMART goals.
• Stay current on labor market trends.
• Coordinate with community resources.
• Document client progress and data as required.
