Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar field is preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills with ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the enrollment process, development, and management of individualized skill-building and employment plans.
• Supports participants in identifying and pursuing skill-building and employment goals.
• Provides guidance in career exploration, job search strategies, resume development, interview preparation, and essential job skills.
• Attends networking events to cultivate relationships with local employers and opportunities for participants.
• Delivers training and coaching to participants with diverse abilities across settings and may facilitate orientation at new sites.
• Completes thorough documentation and data entry for participant files per funding sources, Goodwill NCW, and CARF requirements.
• Identifies and facilitates group and individual training and professional development opportunities.
• Builds relationships with funding sources and participates in accreditation, licensing, and audit meetings.
