Job summary

Goodwill Brand seeks a Career Facilitator to provide individualized vocational services, coordinate outreach, and support job seekers facing barriers to employment. You will build relationships with employers, deliver job readiness training, and connect clients with community resources to advance employment and education goals.

The role emphasizes client-centered planning, collaboration with partners, and adherence to program guidelines while supporting participants through career development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate degree with 3 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, workforce development, education, business, or a related field.
• Combination of work experience, training, or certifications may substitute for a formal degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized service plans to help participants overcome barriers and reach goals.
• Conduct strengths-based assessments and provide career guidance and planning.
• Assist job seekers with resumes, interview prep, and job applications to build a professional portfolio.
• Deliver job readiness training, financial literacy, and career workshops in various formats.
• Connect participants to wraparound services and engage employers for job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and report program progress in compliance with requirements.
