The role involves documenting sessions, developing ICPs, and conducting development activities with clear goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BA or BS degree or one-year experience in criminal justice, social work, employment counseling, placement, human services, or public administration.
• Proficient in operating a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other social media applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case documentation for every session and update participant records and grant-supporting information.
• Collaborate with participants to create an Individualized Career Plan (ICP) using active listening and needs assessment.
• Suggest development activities by setting clear goals and actionable steps.
• Monitor results and provide timely guidance; adjust goals to improve outcomes.
• Travel to assist participants with case management needs and prepare success stories and reports.
• Monitor progress via calls, site visits, and appointments, liaising with program partners.
• Stay updated on laws and program guidelines and attend relevant trainings.
• Keep the Program Manager informed of unusual or crisis situations.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
