Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise and coach a team in a fast-paced retail/auto service setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of car wash equipment, safety standards, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and feedback.
• Help ensure the facility and equipment are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support workflow optimization to minimize wait times and improve throughput.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue and retention.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of chemicals, parts, and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance; review KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager on goals and business initiatives; resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager’s absence.
