Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise shifts, coach team members, and partner with the Site Manager to maximize performance and service quality.

This fast-paced environment emphasizes safety, workflow optimization, KPI review, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales initiatives and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred (car wash, automotive, retail, or service industry a plus).
• Ability to motivate, coach, and support a high-performing team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance practices, and safety standards is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic operational software systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling assistance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
• Support efforts to optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies to drive revenue and customer retention
• Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and restocking of chemicals, parts, and operational supplies
• Enforce company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards
• Support review of operational reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to improve site performance
• Partner with the Site Manager to execute site‑specific goals and business initiatives
• Help resolve employee and customer concerns to maintain a positive, productive environment
• Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager’s absence when needed
