Nouria Energy is hiring an Assistant Manager for Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Greenfield, MA. This hands-on role supports the Site Manager to drive daily operations, develop the team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll supervise shifts, coach staff, ensure safety, manage throughput, and execute sales initiatives to grow membership and revenue. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work up to 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work at least one weekend day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, staffing, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure facility, equipment and grounds are clean, safe, and operational.
• Optimize workflow to minimize wait times and improve customer experience.
• Provide best-in-class customer service addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Execute sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics to improve site results.
• Collaborate with Site Manager on goals and business initiatives.
• Resolve employee and customer concerns to maintain a positive environment.
• Lead shifts and cover Site Manager absence when needed.
