Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations including staffing support, scheduling assistance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and operational.
• Support efforts to optimize workflow and vehicle throughput to minimize wait times.
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies to drive revenue and retention.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of chemicals, parts, and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance; review KPIs and performance metrics.
