Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Greenfield, MA is hiring a hands-on Car Wash Operations Assistant Manager. You will support daily operations, coach a team, and ensure safe, efficient service with a focus on customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll help optimize throughput, manage inventory, and execute sales initiatives while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Starting rate is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in car wash, retail, or service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software systems.
• Availability to work up to 50 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site operations, staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational.
• Support workflow optimization to improve vehicle throughput and reduce wait times.
• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth to drive revenue and retention.
• Help monitor inventory and coordinate restocking of chemicals, parts, and supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Review operational reports and KPIs to improve site performance.
• Partner with the Site Manager to execute goals and business initiatives.
• Lead shifts and oversee operations during the Site Manager’s absence.
