Nouria's Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Wilmington, MA is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily site operations, coach a high‑performing team, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Site Manager to optimize throughput, oversee safety and maintenance, handle scheduling, and contribute to sales initiatives and loyalty program growth, delivering a clean, welcoming experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred in service industries.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and support a high-performing team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-first mindset with commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations including staffing support and scheduling.
• Ensure facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and operational.
• Optimize workflow to minimize wait times and enhance customer experience.
• Provide best-in-class customer service addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics to improve site performance.
• Lead shifts and oversee operations in the Site Manager’s absence.
