Job summary

This role requires a friendly, compliant, and fast-paced approach, greeting customers, staying updated on product types, and ensuring accurate online order pick-ups while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with all laws.
• Criminal background check and state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Be an advocate of cannabis customer care.
• Help customers navigate cannabis and educate them on wellness use.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Provide information on types, methods and efficacy of cannabis products.
• Stay open to ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
• Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by laws.
• Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of inventory.
• Complete transactions at the POS and update inventory systems.
