FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, educational guidance, and support with patient records when needed. You will greet customers, explain cannabis products, and help navigate purchases in a busy retail setting.

The role emphasizes staying current on cannabis education, compliance with state regulations, and assisting managers and colleagues to ensure accurate online orders and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging may be required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
• Understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Serve as an advocate of cannabis customer care and education.
• Help customers navigate cannabis products and explain wellness uses (not medical advice).
• Build rapport with regular customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront; restock displays.
