Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and pass background check and state licensing.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide exceptional service.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness product.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Provide information on product types, methods and efficacy (not medical advice).
• Pursue ongoing cannabis education and training.
• Support managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure online orders are accurate before pickup.
• Understand and apply compliance regulations for local and state laws.
• Stock and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory.
• Process POS transactions and ensure inventory systems update correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
