Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and education to customers and patients in a retail setting. The role emphasizes product knowledge, compliance with state and local laws, and accurate transaction processing.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of retail experience, be at least 21 years old, and be comfortable learning cannabinoid products and applicable regulations. A POS workflow and store maintenance are integral to daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a criminal background check and state badge requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as wellness items (not medical advice).
• Build rapport to foster repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Assist managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Process transactions at POS and ensure inventory accuracy in METRC/BioTrack.
