Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learns and follows Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and uses.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Assist managers and other Cannabis Advisors as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
• Stock and replenish displays; monitor inventory.
• Follow state and local compliance regulations.
