Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY seeks a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and educate customers on cannabis products for wellness. You will assist customers, navigate product types and usage, and ensure accurate online orders in a compliant retail setting.

The role requires 21+ years, basic office software skills, and a willingness to learn cannabinoids and local regulations. Training and ongoing education are provided in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.
