FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Cannabis Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and educational consulting for cannabis products. You will assist customers in selecting products, educate on usage as a wellness product, and maintain compliance with state regulations.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail/hospitality, eagerness to learn about cannabinoids and terpenes, and the ability to use standard office software.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
Must be 21+ and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
Ability to use office equipment and software such as Word, Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
Educate customers on cannabis products and their usage as a wellness product (not medical advice).
Assist customers in navigating products and building rapport for repeat business.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store front; stock and replenish displays.
Process transactions at the POS and ensure inventory records are accurate.
Ensure compliance with local and state cannabis regulations and monitor inventory systems.
