Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks a Field Service Representative to provide on-site IT infrastructure support at Rider University in Lawrence Township, NJ. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, assist end users, and manage tickets to ensure high-quality service and rapid response to outages.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, support cloud apps like Office 365 and SharePoint Online, and coordinate with vendors for warranty issues.

Qualifications

• Position requires Level II help desk experience in a medium to large environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and on-site support.
• Respond to outages promptly and manage tickets.
• Configure, install, and support hardware like laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, printers.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, and possibly Linux.
• Manage accounts and equipment for new-hire/termination.
• Work with vendors for warranty support (Dell, Cisco, Aruba/HP, CDW).
• Administer Office 365, SharePoint Online, and cloud apps.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Support VoIP systems and LiveOps chat for call center.
