Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Service Representative to deliver on-site IT support at the Tarlton State University campus. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware, troubleshoot networks, manage service tickets, and ensure 24-48 hour response times.

You’ll work with Windows and Mac environments, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and cloud apps, while coordinating with vendors for warranty support and ensuring end-user training when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows/Mac hardware & software support.
• 1–3 years help desk experience in medium to large environment.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint Online, Google G-Suite, Zoom, and others.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and respond to outages promptly.
• Configure, install, and support hardware and peripheral devices.
• Manage tickets and SLA within 24–48 hour window.
• Administer Office 365, SharePoint Online, and cloud apps.
• Support LAN/Wi‑Fi, VoIP, and LiveOps systems.
• Coordinate client activities and training as needed.
