Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking a Field Services Representative to support IT infrastructure on the Rider University campus in Lawrence Township, NJ. You’ll manage hardware, software, and network issues, respond to outages, and maintain equipment inventory while coordinating with vendors and end users.

You’ll work remotely with local on-site duties, perform imaging, account provisioning, and training, and ensure adherence to Boldyn’s policies and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware and software support.
• 1–3 years of help desk experience in a medium to large environment.
• Experience with Office 365, Exchange and SharePoint Online.
• Document procedures and follow best practices.
• Experience with a ticketing system and remote desktop support.
• Knowledge of AD security groups and file permissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers and respond to outages promptly.
• Configure, install and support hardware like laptops, desktops, monitors and printers.
• Manage tickets and escalation via the help desk queue.
• Support LAN/WiFi networks and basic network connectivity issues.
• Administer cloud accounts (Office 365) and collaborate with vendors for warranty support.
• Prepare equipment for deployment and assist with end-user training.
