baicommunications is seeking a Field Service Representative to support Rider University's IT infrastructure on campus in Lawrence Township, NJ. The role is full-time and focuses on providing exceptional on-site service, hardware configuration, and user support for Windows, Mac, and eventually Linux systems.

You'll manage tickets, coordinate with vendors, perform imaging, account provisioning, and maintain equipment inventory while upholding SLA commitments and security practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Windows and/or Mac OS hardware/software support.
• Experience managing workload with a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, security groups and file permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting of basic network connectivity (LAN/Wi‑Fi) and VoIP basics.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site IT support and exceptional service to users at Rider University.
• Respond to emergencies and manage tickets within SLA using a help desk system.
• Configure, install and support hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers).
• Support Windows, Mac OS and possibly Linux environments; assist with cloud accounts.
